Brian has sold Spencer Lofts in Chelsea and Porter 156 in East Boston, each achieving record breaking prices. His most recent projects include Penny Savings Bank in the South End, Riverbank Lofts in Watertown, Brewery Lofts in Jamaica Plain, as well as SoHa Lofts and YooD4 in the South End. In 2005, he achieved over $200 million in pre-construction sales alone. As the number one agent for Gibson Sotheby's International Realty for 2007, Brian has achieved remarkable sales figures year after year. Jillian has been active in the real estate industry for 7+ years in a variety of roles. As New Development Coordinator, Jillian gained experience in project management and marketing. She worked closely with developers, agents and clients and learned how to effectively communicate and support all aspects of the transaction. She then moved on to become regional marketing coordinator where she honed her skills for promoting each and every listing to it's best advantage.She understands that success relies on exposing each listing to the greatest number of potential buyers possibile, to match the perfect buyer to each home. She has brought her expertise from these past positions with her when joining our team.
